Our offerings include retreats that connect you to the world around and adventure with friends, both new and old as well as retreats that let you do the work of connecting to self. Join Pam for a wonderful retreat to the Costa Rican Jungle!
You'll be able to recharge your nervous system with daily yoga and meditation practices, nourish your body with amazing, local, fresh meals, connect to self in private moments, connect to nature and community with long walks on the beach, visits to the local town and various adventure excursions.
Your retreat includes:

Shared lodging in eco-friendly Caribbean Bungalows for 7 nights (private room available for a slight upcharge)
o 3 fresh meals a day
o morning and afternoon/evening asana and meditation sessions
o 3 fun excursions
o 1 60-minute Thai Yoga Massage or Private session with Pam
Transportation to and from San Jose
Not included:
Flight to and from San Jose, Costa Rica
Overnight lodging in San Jose before/after retreat
Any extra excursions or wellness treatments
Travel Insurance
Cost: $2547.00 with $250.00 deposit paid to secure your spot.
Plus, this year, an additional add-on before the retreat:
Arrive a couple of days early (arrive Thursday for excursion on Friday and Saturday) for a Volcano and Coffee Tour and a Central Market Tour with nibbles
Additional Cost of $350.00, does not include hotel or meals
