The invitation to heal is here

There are experiences the mind understands.......

and experiences the body still carries

My work bridges somatic trauma therapy and Therapeutic Thai Yoga bodywork to support the nervous system in completing what was interrupted- stress responses that never fully resolved, emotions that had no safe place to land, patterns formed to protect and are now ready to soften.

This is body-based healing.

It is relational.

It is slow enough for you to feel safe.

What is Somatic Trauma Work?

Trauma is not only what happened. It is what the nervous system had to do in order to survive. When stress overwhelms our capacity to process it, the body adapts. We may live in chronic tension, shutdown, anxiety, hyper-independence, emotional reactivity, numbness, or exhaustion. These are not flaws. They are intelligent survival strategies.

Somatic works supports you in:

  • Regulating and stabilizing your nervous system

  • Increasing capacity to feel without the overwhelm

  • Recognizing and working to resolve chronic fight, flight, freeze or fawn patterns

  • Rebuilding internal safety and trust

  • Reconnecting to vitality, creativity, and presence

We move at the speed of your nervous system

Therapeutic Thai Yoga Bodywork

Therapeutic Thai Yoga is an assisted, clothed bodywork practice that combines gentle compression, rhythmic movement, assisted stretching, and mindful touch.

Rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions and informed by modern somatic understanding this work supports:

  • Release of chronic muscular holding

  • Increased mobility and circulation

  • Deep nervous system regulation

  • Repair of relational safety through attuned and consensual touch

  • Integration of emotional material held in the tissues

For many people, safe touch becomes a profound doorway. The body often unwinds patterns that talking alone cannot access. This is more than massage. It is meditative, therapeutic and collaborative.

My Integrated Approach

Sessions may include

  • Somatic tracking and nervous system education

  • Breath and subtle body awareness

  • Therapeutic Thai Yoga Bodywork (in person only)

  • Micro-movements

  • Mindfulness-based inquiry

  • Compassionate centered practices

  • Physical practices to empower and embody

Each session is tailored. Some days we work primarily through dialogue and subtle somatic tracking. Other days we incorporate body work. We listen together to what your system needs.

You will not be pushed. You will not be fixed. You will be met.

Who This is For

This work may support you if you:

  • Feel stuck in patterns you intellectually understand but cannot shift

  • Experience anxiety, shutdown, or chronic overwhelm

  • Feel disconnected from your body

  • Carry chronic tension or pain

  • Tend to give more then you receive

  • Are a helper, healer, or space-holder who does not receive as much as they give
