Are you ready to create a home practice or take your established practice to a new level? The greater benefits of yoga occur with regular practice, yet "real life" often creates obstacles to consistent practice.
We will explore the foundations for creating a practice, learn how to sequence poses, and address the challenges that often arise such as limited time, space, and energy levels. This class will combine individual exploration, lecture, and asana practice to inspire and deepen your yoga. Students will learn how to customize their practice and will receive practice sequences and lecture notes.
Iyengar Yoga Instructor Beth O'Hara is gifted in her teaching and has dedicated her
life to sharing the joy and transformation of yoga. She has studied with the Iyengar
family in India and regularly studies with top teachers in the US.
