Level I Classes are for beginners and continuing students. Students learn standing and seated postures, inversions, simple backbends, and twists to increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Pranayama (breath practices) is also introduced.
Level II Classes are for continuing students who are ready to intensify their practice. Students build their timing in basic postures, go deeper into the poses, and learn more advanced postures to deepen the benefits of yoga. Pranayama is taught in more detail.
Private Classes are also available and are customized to the needs of the student.
