Nourishment for Mind, Body and Spirit
Pam Ronstadt, E-RYT 500, YACEP began studying yoga at the suggestion of her doctor and began to immediately see the benefits of a regular yoga practice to her overall health and well-being. The desire to share the benefits of yoga and meditation with others led Pam into taking the 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training and growth intensive at the Yoga Connection in Tucson and then her 500 hour teacher training at Barefoot Studios. She began to share her practice with others in May of 2010. Pam offers not only the traditional approach to her yoga classes but also works with students who have compromised or chronic health issues and specialized populations. She has taught workshops that focus on yoga for the larger body, proper use of props and yoga basics. In 2017, Pam opened the Radiant Spirit School of Yoga, a very traditional 200 hour training that is open to only 5 students at a time. Pam brings a holistic and compassionate approach with a focus on nourishing body, mind and spirit.
